Welcome to Raintree Dental 

Raintree Dental is the general dentistry practice of Creighton Baldwin DMD. Dr. Baldwin has practiced in Charlotte for over 30 years. He has extensive practical experience and enjoys adding to his knowledge with up-to-date information about new dental procedures. We welcome patients of all ages, from children to senior citizens.

What to Expect

First-time appointments will always be with Dr. Baldwin, who will perform an exam and usually do the initial cleaning (unless this is an emergency or special procedure needs appointment). This will allow Dr. Baldwin to make a thorough evaluation of your dental health and condition. This also allows you to communicate your desires and expectations. A dental hygienist will likely perform subsequent cleanings. 

• Our fees are reasonable, fair, and frequently fall below insurance schedules.  
• We are an independent office with no outside influence or obligations to a large dental chain.  
• Our policy is to collect the total fee at the time of service and to file insurance for you. 

The Insurance company will reimburse you directly according to your policy’s benefits. If the insurance pays us, we will send it to you. We will file a predetermination of benefits, so you will know how much they will reimburse you.
